drag a vedio to QuickTime Player ###Step 2 hit shortcut: Cmd + T ###Step 3 drag the left and right yellow bar to cut vedio ###Step 4 File -> Export ###Step 5 when you need to merge. just drag another vedio to the vedio current playing, and Export
